John Ornbaun, of California is the guest of his brother, B.L. Ornbaun whom he had not seen for 47 years until a few days ago. Mr. Ornbaun has become quite prosperous since he went to California. He owns 4,000 acres in the southern part of the state and it has lately been rapidly developed by the construction of a railroad. Besides running a big cattle ranch Mr. Ornbaun operates a saw mill with a capacity of 40,000 feet of lumber a day. He also has a gold mine and a copper mine on his place partially developed. There is a post office on his land called Ornbaun and altogether there is every prospect that Mr. Ornbaun will in a few years become a very rich man.
